You will learn about career theory, information, trends, resources, and career development. You will apply the concepts and theories to your own career concerns. Discussions are very dynamic opportunities to develop an understanding of the career concepts and their application. You will develop a strong working knowledge of UCSB’s Career Services, as well as computer assisted career planning programs. Written proposals and reports are used for individual planning.
