The Inside Track - As a Career Partner of the University of California, Santa Barbara, your company is on the inside track to the best students. Career Partners are a select group of companies we encourage our students to consider first.
Personal Recruiting Service - Our Employer Services team provides each Career Partner with the right mix of services to best meet your recruiting needs. The assistant director, internship program coordinator, interview coordinator, and event planner will tailor a program for you.
Get Connected - We will help you connect with students, alumni, student organizations, campus departments, events, and media outlets which will elevate your company profile at UCSB and enable you to attract the best of our new graduates.

By becoming a Career Partner at the University of California, Santa Barbara, you provide valuable and measurable support of our mission while improving your profile with our top students and we provide to you individualized service by our Employer Services Team. Your sponsorship enables us to expand our programs and services and enhance student career development. Your annual sponsorshop will be recognized at UCSB Career Services in meaningful and various ways publicly on campus.

Employers are invited to join the Career Partnership Program on an annual basis beginning September 1. Memberships are welcome any time after September 1; however benefits expire on an annual basis on August 31.
