Every year, Out For Undergraduate (O4U) hosts a technology conference at Facebook's headquarters in Silicon Valley. The mission of the OUTC is to educate, inspire and advance lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender undergraduate students in challenging technical and non-technical positions within the world’s leading technology companies. The conference helps exceptional LGBT undergraduates develop strategies for managing and leveraging their identity in the workplace.
