The Dream Scholars Resource Team mission is to develop an awareness and understanding of the experiences of undocumented and AB 540 eligible students (while maintaining the confidentiality of individual students) and to develop campus responses and processes to address their needs related to persistence, retention, and graduation.
Spending a quarter at UCDC or the UC Center in Sacramento (UCCS) is a rewarding experience. Both programs combine challenging internships with related academic study. Internships are diverse, making UCDC and UCCS attractive options for students across all majors.
The Carsey-Wolf Center Internship Programs offer selective opportunities to both undergraduate and graduate UCSB students who want to develop practical applications of the knowledge they have gained in their studies. Interns focus on media, theater events, end event planning.
Opportunities in research and internships, post-graduate research as well as fellowships.
While not exactly an internship program, the Teacher Pre-professional Teaching Education Program does provide an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to gain valuable fieldwork hours and learn first-hand about the duties and responsibilities of classroom teachers.
