Submit a Mailing Request

All Mailing fees must be paid prior to making a request. See our payments and fees page for a full list of options: Payments & Fees

Max of 10 addresses per day

Submit a request - Consolidate all your requests for the day into one email and send it to careerletters@sa.ucsb.edu using this format:

Name: Last, First
Mailing method: (Choose one: Standard/Priority/Overnight)
Letters: Send all or list specific authors
To: List all desired destinations with full addresses:

Attn: Name, Title
Department
University
Street and/or P.O. Box
City, State Zip

If an alternate mailing method or different list of letters needs to be used for another group of universities this format can be repeated within the email.

If there is anything else that you need included such as a school specific form please clearly note the addition next to the desired address. These forms must be provided before submitting a request.

Allow five business days for office processing. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your request has been completed and mailed.

Health Professions Students
In every packet sent we include a cover sheet with your AMCAS ID and your name explaining our health program at UCSB.
