The recruiting schedule follows the nine-month academic quarter calendar, with interviews scheduled from mid-October through November, mid-January through February, and mid-April through May. Employers schedule interviews with the Campus Interview staff several weeks to several months in advance.

For part-time internship programs that go year round, it’s typically a good idea to promote your listing(s) at least a month before the next quarter begins.

The typically UCSB on-campus part-time job is now between $8-10 per hour depending on experience (DOE). Many students expect to earn between $10-12 per hour off-campus for customer service; administrative; and related areas.
